3. Dark Wizard!

   I’m sorry the traditional book deal didn’t happen but I’m ready for February and the pre-order. For what it’s worth, I feel like indie authors have been doing a better job at scratching the book itch for me in recent years.

4. Happy to read it earlier, but if you can’t succeed at the trad market, it makes me wonder who can (and should I just give up on it and self-pub)?

   Does this leave anything for Sarah to shop for you and/or are you planning to write anything new for her?

   1. Well, it could be that another author – like you! – would strike a new chord. But I do think that self-pubbing is smarter now than ever, especially since building that audience can be key.
