I’m a total pantser to the point that my characters sometimes sabotage my story. Like the time my heroine fell for the really evil unredeemable bad guy instead of the angsty hero.
And I will confess that The Hobbit already bored me to tears, so I DNFed it. I never even tried The Lord of the Rings. Glad they made movies out of them so I could see what it was all about.
Times when we don’t care if the book was better!
