Did you notice they didn’t even list you as an author in their schedule? Finally found you under “participant” instead. Your bio also doesn’t mention any of your books. That could be part of the problem… (you can see it here: http://schedule.milehicon.org/#part/recZE1rUEqOyIeQu5).
We had Sherilyon Kenyon as the main guest of honor at my state con this weekend, and that was pretty cool. Going cross-genre seems to have worked out well for her, though it took a while and a lot of determination on her part.
I did not notice that! Interesting. Though the list of people who did get tagged “author” is kind of bizarre and bewilderingly short. And they did that bio. Next time I’ll know…
I started listening to L Penelope’s podcast back when you first mentioned it. And have listened to many of Sarah’s podcasts (she keeps changing the name, I remember when it started it was something like DBSA back when Jane from Dear Author co-hosted). So I will check out some of the others as well.
As for cross-genre writing, there are those of us who love Science Fiction and Fantasy WITH romance, so please keep writing it.

Oh, I will for sure! Can’t stop, won’t stop. 🙂
And thanks!
