Hi. One of your recent podcasts mentioned that you were working on something called Among the Thorns. Is this a sequel to Never the Roses? I hope so. I very much enjoyed Never the Roses, but was taken aback by the ending. Since nothing on goodreads or your website indicated it was book one of the series it seemed like a Lady or the Tiger ending, where the reader has to decide if its happy or sad. I thought perhaps the new pen name signalled that a HEA was no longer guaranteed… While I think such an ending is a legitimate artistic choice, if its not what you intend, if there is a HEA coming, you might want to consider adding series info to book one to reassure romance readers. (Sorry if this comes off as pushy. I really like your books and wish you every success.)
That is indeed the title of Book 2!
