Not sure you’re reaction to it but as I don’t have a group who I can bounce ideas off of anytime I think if an idea I use LLMs to bounce ideas off of.
However all the actual written words are mine.
Since you seem to be asking… My take is that you’re wading in dangerous waters. First of all, bouncing ideas around and refining them is part of the work. Yes, it can be hard on your own – and if you really need that then maybe you should look for some humans – but that “hard” is part of challenging your creative self. Also, the LLMs, by design, tell you what you want to hear. So they’re not going to push you. Instead they’ll put you in a self-congratulatory circle. Finally, those words will very likely creep into your writing. Even if you don’t copy/paste, they’ll be in your head. I can talk about this more on Friday’s podcast.
