I’m currently struggling with accepting that I don’t write “fast” anymore, at least compared to some. I’ve joined a lot of different co-working groups for Nanowrimo, and even when I’m just straight drafting (instead of editing), I don’t write as fast as a lot of the others. I used to have no trouble cranking out fast drafts, but that was back when I had no clue what I was doing… Hopefully when I’m done, I won’t need to edit as much, but that remains to be seen…
