First Cup of Coffee with Jeffe Kennedy
First Cup of Coffee - September 28, 2020
Fair warning: a scatological podcast today, with musings on the joy of toilets, fear of chamber pots, and how we treat fictional characters and their biological needs. Also how I don't love mysteries.
You can watch the Love's Sweet Arrow panel from Saturday that I mention here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xOFw4ziPSY&feature=youtu.be)!

Thanks for listening!

Not a big fan of Sherlock either, though I did enjoy the Jonny Lee Miller/Lucy Liu series and watched a ton of the old Basil Rathbone films as a kid. (My unpopular opinion is that the Cumberbatch series is overrated). I do love mysteries, but nowadays enjoy mysteries with romance more.
I have friends who rave about the Lady Sherlock series but I have been told the emphasis is very much on the mysteries and not the slow burn romance. One friend said it is a slooooooooow burn. So I have not tried the books yet.
This is very good to know. I love me a slow burn, but not so slow that it never happens.
Glad I’m not alone on Sherlock!
