Instead of switching the whole weekend at once, you could try just half of it first. Maybe have friday and saturday be the non-working days (since you mention wanting to keep saturday for meetings)?

I took French in middle school and hated it (why use so many letters if you aren’t going to actually pronounce half of them?!)
That’s a logical suggestion, the Friday/Saturday thing, but those are David’s best driving days, so wouldn’t accomplish much. It’s a conundrum!
